I’m not quite sure why I slipped out of the habit of posting but it’s been 8 months since I last posted, and as you can imagine, a lot has happened since the 5th of March. There’s been a lot of ups and downs, but right now I feel like I’m in a better place and ready to get back into blogging.
From now on, I plan to post every Monday (I’m thinking to post at 1pm but I haven’t decided on a time yet), and my first new post will be up next week- it’s one I’m really looking forward to writing!
Also, alongside mental health content, I plan to talk a lot more about being transgender, as I feel like it affects my mental health greatly, but I was uncomfortable talking about it until now (although no promises that I can be very detailed or personal about it, I just want to give being open with it a go).
